- The problem
- A Québec Taekwondo and fitness club ran enrolments, payments and attendance on Google Forms and a spreadsheet; the product’s stated success test is that the administrator stops opening the spreadsheet.
- What I built
- A complete club-management system replacing Google Forms and the spreadsheet: a public site with online enrolment, a staff dashboard for members, payments and attendance, a parent portal and mobile app, a coach view, an attendance kiosk that checks members in by face, belt milestones and exams tracked from attendance, and coach payroll from hours worked to approved pay.
- Where it stands
- Version 1 is fully built (finished 10 September 2026). The club is preparing to go live.
