FastFeast
Ramadan iftar ordering and delivery dispatch for a Montreal community kitchen — five roles in one app, three seasons in production.

For decision-makers
- The problem
- A community kitchen cooking and delivering iftar meals needed daily registrations with capacity caps and deadlines, street-grouped dispatch to volunteer drivers, and a way to keep members, chefs, drivers and managers in sync every evening without websockets.
- What I built
- A mobile app (iPhone and Android) for a community kitchen delivering iftar meals during Ramadan. Members register for a meal each day within the capacity and deadline; managers see the day's orders grouped by street and assign them to volunteer drivers; drivers get their route with one-tap navigation; chefs see what to cook. Everyone gets a push notification when something changes. Managers also have a web dashboard with a live map of deliveries.
- Where it stands
- On the App Store and Google Play. It has run three Ramadan seasons in a row — 2024, 2025 and 2026 — with improvements each year.
