About
One developer, end to end.
I build the internal systems businesses run on — order preparation, dispatch, billing, payroll, memberships, catalogues — and the storefronts, portals and mobile apps that connect to them. Based in Lebanon, working with clients worldwide in English, French and Arabic.

How I work
From first conversation to launch, in six steps
- Requirements
We talk through what your business needs, who will use it, and what you use today.
- Research
I look at your current process and tools and work out the simplest way to build what you need.
- Proposal
You get a written proposal: what will be built, in what order, the timeline and the price. Work starts once you accept.
- Weekly updates
Every week you see progress, test it yourself and give feedback. Nothing is a surprise at the end.
- Launch
When it is done, we launch it the way we agreed — on your hosting, with your data in place and your team trained.
- Maintenance (optional)
If you want ongoing support, updates and new features, I stay on. If not, you have everything you need to run it without me.
Why one developer is safe
The objection, answered with evidence
Who owns the code and where does it run?
You do. Every system ships as your repository, on your hosting. No licences, no lock-in.
What happens if you disappear?
Each system comes with written documentation — how it is built, why decisions were made, how to deploy and restore it — and runs on a mainstream stack (NestJS, Next.js, Postgres) that any senior developer can pick up. You own the code and the hosting, so nothing depends on me being around.
Why one developer instead of an agency?
One person owning API, dashboard, storefront, mobile, infrastructure and documentation means no hand-offs and no gaps between teams. The evidence is on every case study here: real systems, in production, with real usage.
How long does a system take to build?
Depending on the project size and my current availability. Roughly from 3 to 6 weeks. Some projects have been in continuous development since 2023 — systems that run a business keep evolving with it.
Can it be in French or Arabic or 'X' language?
Yes — most of the systems here are bilingual or trilingual. Translations are built in from the start, not bolted on.
Do you do maintenance after launch?
Yes — most engagements include an ongoing retainer for updates, fixes, and small features after launch.
