- The problem
- A car-buying company needed to price a stranger’s vehicle at form-submit time, walk sellers through offer → payment → drop-off → signature without accounts, and run inventory, liens, receivables, finance and a dealer-wholesale side from one system.
- What I built
- Two connected systems for a car-buying company. A bilingual public site where a seller enters their vehicle and gets an offer, then walks through payment, drop-off and signature from links sent to their phone — no account to create. And an internal system for the team covering the whole business: pricing, inspections with photo and VIN capture, inventory, liens, receivables, finance, text/email/phone messaging, and a separate dealer-wholesale side.

- Live since early 2026 and used by the team every day, from the first online quote to the settled sale, with updates shipping continuously.
