- The problem
- Food and retail businesses — from a single grill counter to multi-user operations with thousands of items — needed more than a cash drawer but less than an ERP: they could not say what they actually made today, which order was ready, or where the cash went, and generic POS apps stop at printing a receipt.
- What I built
- A subscription platform that runs the whole business, whether that is one counter or an enterprise with hundreds of staff and thousands of items. Staff take orders fast — variants, modifiers, tables, kitchen view, split payments — and keep selling when the connection drops. Underneath, every sale, purchase, waste and expense flows through an event-driven inventory, valuation and accounting chain inside one database transaction, so cash sessions balance, wallets can be counted, and profit is real. Each store gets a public storefront on its own subdomain with checkout and promo codes; the platform admin creates stores, assigns plans that switch modules on or off, bills them, backs them up, and onboards new shops from a menu photo.
